Security and billing-impacting issues may be prioritised.

Support Channels

Users may contact support@tradecj.com or use the official TradeCJ WhatsApp Business channel. Sensitive passwords, full card details, or private broker credentials must not be sent through support messages.

What to Include

Provide the account email, affected feature, date and time, browser or device, screenshots where safe, transaction reference for billing matters, and one clearly described issue per request.

Priority

Security, unauthorised access, active billing errors, and widespread service incidents may be prioritised ahead of general questions, onboarding, or feature requests.

Complaint Review

TradeCJ will review complaints in good faith and may request verification or additional information. Resolution time depends on complexity and third-party involvement.

These policies are presented in a web-readable format from the supplied TradeCJ drafts. Qualified legal counsel should review the final jurisdiction, entity, tax, and regulatory details before commercial launch.
