If you run into an issue or have a question about your TradeCJ account- anything
from a payment problem to a technical glitch- this is where you let us know. Instead
of emailing back and forth, you submit a ticket, and our team tracks it until it's
resolved.

How to raise a ticket — step by step

Step 1 - Check you're signed in as the right person

At the top-right of the page, you'll see "Signed in as [your email]." Make
sure this is the correct account, since your ticket will be linked to it.

Step 2 - Add a subject

In the Subject box, write a summary of the issue, just enough for our team to
understand the topic at a glance.

Example: "Unable to complete broker setup"

Step 3 - Describe your query in detail

In the Describe your query box, explain:

● What happened
● What you expected to happen instead
● Any other useful details (screenshots, error messages, order/reference

numbers, etc., if applicable)

The more detail you provide here, the faster and more accurately our team
can help.

Step 4 - Submit

Click the Raise Ticket button. Your query is submitted, and you'll receive a
custom Ticket ID.

What kind of queries can you raise?

You can raise a ticket for any of the following categories:

Category Example queries
Payment
Setup Payment not reflecting in account, refund request, incorrect billing
Technical amount, failed transaction

Trouble completing account setup, broker linking issues, unable to
activate plan

App/website not loading, login errors, data not syncing, bugs or crashes

What happens after you submit a ticket?

1. You get a Custom Ticket ID

Every ticket raised is assigned a unique custom ID. This ID allows both you
and our support team to easily locate, track, and resolve your query
systematically. Think of it as your ticket's tracking number.

2. Buyers get priority

If you are a buyer of any of our Subscription plans, your query will
automatically be placed on our priority list, ensuring it's picked up and
addressed faster than standard queries.

3. Your ticket moves through 3 stages

Level Status What it means

1 Submitted Your ticket has been received and logged into the

system.

2 Pending (In Our team is actively reviewing and working on

review) your query.

3 Resolved Your query has been addressed, and the ticket is

closed.

Note:- You can typically expect a response within approximately 1 week of
submitting your ticket. Priority (buyer) queries may be addressed sooner.
